These terms apply to your use of this website and the AutoGrow AI services provided by Veterans Safety Network ("we", "us").

Services

AutoGrow AI provides automated customer-response, follow-up, appointment-scheduling, reminder, review-request and reporting services for local service businesses, in the Starter, Growth and Premium plans described on our website. Features included in each plan are as described on the pricing section at the time you sign up.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing us, and service continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not give refunds for partial months. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your first month within 7 days of your first payment. Any one-time setup fee becomes non-refundable once setup work begins.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, for approving the answers our system may give your customers, and for having lawful consent to contact the people we message on your behalf, including opt-in consent where required by law.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, reviews or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
